Meet Jeannie Gaver
Director of Human Resources
Jeannie has been in the Human Resources field for over 20 years.
After earning a BS in Communication Arts from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, she moved to Indianapolis and she joined CopyRite, an office equipment dealership where she ultimately began her HR career.
For the past 17 years, she was the head of Human Resources with an Indianapolis-based Steelcase dealership where she sat on the leadership team and helped grow the company through dealer acquisitions to a multi-location organization.
Jeannie joined Synovia in 2015.
