Meet Cynthia Thompson
Director of Customer Service
Cynthia serves as the head of customer support for Synovia and is responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support. A large part of Synovia’s leadership in the fleet intelligence industry is our long-standing commitment to ensuring customers receive prompt and professional support.
She accomplishes this goal by managing the hardware and software support teams, as well as the Fleet Advisor team, which is a group of fleet professionals who are dedicated resources for each Synovia customer. Their focused customer support helps Synovia maintain its leadership position in the fleet intelligence industry.
Cynthia earned a bachelor’s in General Studies from Indiana University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Western Governor’s University. She previously owned a private Montessori preschool and founded a Montessori charter school in Central Indiana.
